BAföG and social counselling

Many students have problems filling out their BAföG applications. The rules and regulations are simply too complicated to understand at first glance, and the number of sources of help is limited. For this reason, the AStA offers BAföG and social counseling so that students are not left out in the cold. The BAföG and social counseling service also advises students who are in a difficult financial or social situation regardless of BAföG. You do not need to register, just come to the ground floor of the cafeteria during the counseling hours listed below. Our counselors will also help you on site if you need a bridging loan.

Telephone counseling is only available in exceptional cases by prior arrangement.
